Do I Really Need Therapy?

Considering therapy can be an intimidating prospect, usually because we are noticing that maybe we need some extra help or support. I'm here to tell you that therapy is not only about getting help or working out a challenge, it also helps us to foster becoming our best self!

There is greater attention to our emotional and mental wellness and there has been a shift in understanding that we all need support, we can all struggle and it is okay to reach out and ask for help.



Some of the benefits of therapy are:

  • improving our day to day lives

  • learning stress management

  • overcoming life challenges

  • coping with mental health issues

  • developing a deeper understanding of who you are


There are now more options for therapy, gone are the days of the typical laying on the couch, many therapists offer in person and virtual sessions.
